When ARE DUES DUE?
Payment of biannual dues is on January 1st and July 1st of each year. There is a 15 day grace period after which a late fee and interest starts accruing.
How can I pay my dues?
Make checks payable to: Deer Run Crossing HOA or DRC HOA

or give your check to either the Board President or Treasurer.
When is Household Trash collected?
Household trash should be secured in a bag and disposed of in a covered bin behind the townhouses. From there every Monday and Thursday Champion Services will empty the collection bins from behind the townhouses.
When is recycling pick up?
Household Recycling Bins are to be placed curbside Thursday morning for pick up by Champion Services.
